Bouncy castle and soft play set up

After you have submitted your booking form, the details are automatically sent to us via e-mail to review.  We may be in touch if we need further information.  If we can accommodate your booking, you will receive a link to your invoice via e-mail, which will include the delivery fee if applicable.  If you don't receive this e-mail, please check your spam/junk folder.

Shortly before the hire date, we will be in touch to confirm details and the final payment amount.  On the day, we will arrive promptly where possible, although please be aware that traffic and weather conditions may affect arrival time.  We will aim to have the equipment set up and cleaned prior to the party start time, but this cannot be guaranteed (venues often only allow between 30 minutes to an hour for set up, and for large bookings this can be a tight schedule).

Usually only one staff member will attend, but we will bring in more staff for larger bookings to speed the process up.  For example, if you book a bouncy castle and soft play package and we have an hour or less to set up, there will usually be two members of staff in attendance.

On set up, the equipment will be delivered and installed in line with UK health and safety guidelines.  We will also clean the equipment with an antibacterial solution.  Once the equipment has been set up safely, we will ask you to sign the contract that you agreed to when making the booking.  If you have booked a bouncy castle, we will also explain how to operate this safely.
